An NHS union branch has donated to three foodbanks
The UNITE branch within NHS Ayrshire and Arran has donated £200 to each locality foodbank in South Ayrshire, North Ayrshire and East Ayrshire.
Representatives have also been running a campaign for colleagues and friends to donate new pyjamas.
So far they have collected around 100 pairs of jammies which will be distributed to the food banks before Christmas.
