A KILWINNING dancer will be joining the cast of a touring performance of Swan Lake.
Aspen Rae, a third year Ballet West student from Kilwinning will be among the cast of talented young dancers in Ballet West’s New Year Scottish tour of Swan Lake.
The 2020 tour opens at the Corran Halls, Oban on 25 January. Ballet West, based in Taynuilt, Argyll, will present 12 performances in seven venues across Scotland, including Dundee, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Gillian Barton, Ballet West’s Principal says: “Ballet West’s Scottish tours provide an essential element in the training of the dance artists of the future.
“Our classical ballet tours provide a wonderful opportunity for students to dance alongside experienced professional dancers.”
