Burns Lasses launch 45th anniversary exhibit in Townhouse
IT was party time for Irvine’s Burns Lasses, who marked the club’s 45th birthday with the launch of a fascinating new exhibit.
The girls celebrated the 45th Anniversary Founders Evening of Irvine Lasses Burns Club and the opening of the exhibition joined by North Ayrshire Provost Ian Clarkson and fellow Burns buffs from Irvine and Kilwinning.
Attendees were also entertained by Ayrshire Fiddle Orchestra.
The club said: “Great night at our 45th anniversary celebrations. Thank you to all our guests who joined us.
“Here’s to the next 45 years!”
