Police probe break-in at Girdle Toll bookmakers
POLICE in Irvine are investigating after a break-in at a bookies in Girdle Toll at the weekend.
Officers confirmed that they are looking into an incident overnight on Saturday, February 8 where the Coral Bookmakers in Burns Crescent was targeted.
No arrests have been made and enquiries are ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "We are investigating an alleged housebreaking at a bookmakers in Irvine which took place on Saturday, February 8.
"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police on 101."
