Man and woman charged after knife attack in broad daylight
A man and woman have been charged after a horrific stabbing in broad daylight in Fullarton.
The pair, both aged 33, are due to appear in court for alleged involvement in the attack, with police saying two people had to be taken to hospital.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 33-year-old man and a 33-year-old woman have been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault which happened around 1pm in the McKinlay Crescent area of Irvine on Thursday, February 13.
"They are both scheduled to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court."
