A 30-year-old woman has died in her home after she fell ill.
Emergency services raced to flats on Craigie Avenue this morning after the woman took unwell.
Police have confirmed that sadly, she died a short time later.
Officers sealed off the property as they made enquiries.
The death is not being treated as suspicious.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Advertiser: "Emergency services were called to a property on Craigie Avenue around 10.20am on Sunday, February 16 after a 30-year-old woman took unwell.
"The woman died a short time later. The death is not being treated as suspicious and a report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
