A 16-year-old boy has been arrested after an assault outside Iceland.
The youth has been charged for alleged involvment in the attack, which left a 19-year-old man with facial injuries, outside Iceland at around 10.45pm on Friday, January 24, 2020.
He is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court today.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 16-year-old boy has been arrested in relation to an assault in Irvine.
"The incident happened on the High Street near to Iceland supermarket around 10.45pm on Friday, 24 January, 2020.
"He is due to appear at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court today."
