FARCE will be on the agenda when Fort Players return with an excellent comedy this March at The Gaiety, with many laughs to be had.
Presenting the hilarious farce ‘Don’t Get Your Vicars In A Twist’ by Ann Gawthorpe and Lesley Brown, Ayr Fort Players are delighted to present their brand-new production for this year – which is sure to get you laughing out loud!
Church Warden George comes up with the bright idea of renting the vacant vicarage to a theatrical company for a Murder Mystery Weekend.
Unfortunately, before the weekend can take place Bishop Herbert appoints their first woman Vicar.
And as the Bishop comes to call, the theatrical luvvies take over the place.
This fast-moving comedy brings together mistaken identities, misunderstandings, and chaos all at the same time.
Performing from Thursday, March 12 to Saturday, March 14.
