A SPECIAL event which gives people an insight into how training can make their dogs happier was a howling success, despite Storm Dennis trying to do its worst.

Dog behaviourist Roksana Gajdamowicz held a second session and it went really well, attracting some 25 people and lots of dogs.

Pooch Pantry customers were able to combine their pooch’s shopping with advice from an expert, making the trip really worthwhile.

And people from across the community headed along to what has become a monthly event.

Roksana. known as Super Dog Mum, was delighted with the event and said: “Thank you all who made the effort today in this beautiful stormy weather!

“It was such a please to meet all of your wonderful doggies!

Peanut stole my heart.

“Harris is such a big gentle boy, even our lovely Pippa made it in today with her mum and a big brother. Lots of love to you all. Hope you made all home okay.”

Marion and Roksana both thought that this their second collaboration was a great success.

The training Roksana provides is ethical and fully based on positive reinforcement.

Throughout many years of experience she has created a perfect recipe for an obedient, happy dog, no matter whether it’s a rescue dog, or an older dog you have had for a few years.

She is passionate about fulfilling dogs’ needs and natural communication.

This results in a great leadership from the owners’ side and a very happy life with a dog who listens to you because he or she wants to.

The Pooch Pantry is a pet lifestyle store offering treats for cat and dogs.

They even make dogs birthday cakes on request.
