Woodlands pupils had a memorable time celebrating World Book Day on Friday, March 6.
Primary school pupils and nursery children took part in the festivities which involved kids coming to school dressed up as a character from their favourite book.
Costumes included a tribute to kids favourite Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and The Cat in the Hat. Disney costumes were also a hit with the pupils, with lots of youngsters dressing up as their favourite Disney princess’ such as Elsa from Frozen.
Brenda Craig at Woodlands Primary said: “Kids, parents and staff had a wonderful day.”
