Annick pupils were getting creative before schools suddenly broke up.

The youngsters were tasked with designing and building a model of a Quidditch pitch – the magical flying broomstick-based sport popularised by children’s book series Harry Potter.

And the pupils worked their magic in designing a fabulous selection before presenting their hard work to classmates on March 10.

Annick Primary School said: “A massive well done to all the boys and girls of 6B who have successfully designed and built a Quidditch Pitch as part of their home project!

“Super work all round!”
