A man admitted making threats and challenging people to a fight while on bail.
Darren Jones, 33, admitted to a charge of threatening or abusive behaviour when he appeared from custody last week [April 14].
Jones pled guilty to behaving in an aggressive manner, repeatedly shouting and swearing, uttering threatening remarks and challenging people to fight in Kier Hardie Crescent, Kilwinning.
Court papers state he committed the offence while on bail which was granted at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court on February 21 this year and on April 12 2019 and at Ayr Sheriff Court on December 18.
A not guilty plea from co-accused Catherine Wilson, 33, was accepted by prosecutors.
Jones was again given bail and will return to court at a later date.
