Police probed disorder in Broomlands after reports of numerous people causing a disturbance with weapons.
Officers were called out to Pladda Wynd, Broomlands around 6pm on Saturday, May 23 with numerous vehicles seen rushing to the scene.
Police conducted a search of the area and spoke to numerous individuals, however they were unable to establish any criminality or trace any culprits.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Just after 6pm on Saturday, May 23 Police received multiple reports of a disturbance on Pladda Wynd, involving numerous persons and potential weapons.
"A number of units attended and conducted an area search, at this time numerous people were spoken to, however no criminality was established."
Any information on any criminality in the area can be passed to police on 101, in an emergency always ring 999.
