Ayrshire COLLEGE has received global recognition for its #PassingPositivity campaign by being shortlisted for an international award.

The college has been shortlisted in the ‘Benefitting Society’ category at the prestigious 2020 International Green Gown Awards after winning the award at the UK and Ireland ceremony last year.

James Adams, Head of Learning and Skills for Sport & Fitness at Ayrshire College, said: “I am delighted that Passing Positivity has received recognition from the Green Gown Awards for the outstanding work that the students have conducted.

“The issue of mental health is of critical importance and our staff and students are doing what they can to make a difference to their communities.”
