Dance student Kydence Griffiths recently gained a place in the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland pre-junior ballet programme starting September.
Kydence is a member of Allstar Cheer and Dance Academy and started her dancing journey at the age of two and a half. She began competing in Lyrical Competitions at five.
Kydence’s mum said: “We are immensely proud of her and her dedication for such a young age. She loves to dance and practices at every opportunity. She made the decision to audition and we supported her 100 per cent. She is such a confident, hardworking young lady and we are proud to say she is our daughter.”
