Young geographers from two local schools have had fun getting back to work after the coronavirus lockdown.
Pupils from both Ardrossan Academy and St Matthew’s Academy were out and about sampling soil last week.
A spokesperson for St Matthew’s said on Twitter: “Advanced Higher Geographers from St Matthew’s Academy and Ardrossan Academy were sampling soil in the school grounds today to compare it with other soils in the local area.
“Nice to be working in the sunshine.”
