Emergency services rushed to the aid of a driver after a car collided with a telegraph pole on Dalry Road this morning.
At around 11.25am, police received a report of the incident on the B780, near to the Romeo and Juliet Inn.
The accident involved a single vehicle, which had hit a telegraph pole.
An ambulance attended and paramedics checked the driver over.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "We were called to a report of a one-car crash on the B780 around 11.25am on Thursday, 29 October, 2020. The car had collided with a telegraph pole. An ambulance attended to check over the driver as a precaution."
