COUNCILLOR Donald Reid and a band of volunteers have been busy picking up litter in Kilwinning’s Bannoch Road.
And the team of dedicated litter pickers filled 37 bags of rubbish from the road next to Eglinton Park.
From baby car seats to children’s bikes, the volunteers spent hours along the road filling their bags with the litter.
Councillor Reid said: “The volunteers worked for hours filling the bags in different areas of Bannoch Road and that is just scratching the surface.”
