Ardrossan and Irvine look set to enjoy temperatures hotter than Ibiza this weekend as the sun rolls in.
Residents across the region have already been enjoying the sun with beaches packed out last weekend as travel restrictions eased.
Now parts of Ayrshire are set to be hotter than party-mad Ibiza, with Ardrossan, Ayr and Irvine all set to reach temperatures of up to 17°.

The White Isle is only set to see temperatures reach 16° over the course of the weekend.
Sun is expected to shine throughout the day on Friday, with a cloudier start on Saturday before the sun bursts through again.
