A member of staff serving in Ayrshire’s prison suffered a headbutt attack from an inmate.
Prisoner Robert Stratton, 47, was caged for another eight months last week for the attack while inside HMP Kilmarnock.
Court papers state the inmate, currently residing in HMP Low Moss, headbutted him on his head to his injury during the attack in Bowhouse attack back in August 30 in 2019.

He was caged for eight months for the assault when his case called in Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week.
