AN OFFENDER awaits sentence after making threats to his sister and mum.
Peter Andrews admitted behaving in a threatening or abusive manner to his family during the incident in June 16 this year.
Andrews, of Greenwood Road, Dreghorn, admitted causing both fear and alarm after acting aggressively towards them.
Court papers state he stood in close proximity to both while repeatedly shouting and swearing while also uttering threats of violence at an address in East Park Crescent up in Kilmaurs.
Court papers state he committed the offence while on bail – having been granted on January 20 this year.
Bail was continued when Andrew’s case was called before Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week and he will return for sentencing at a later date.
