VISITORS to Dreghorn Library received a blooming lovely surprise when they popped in for their books the other day.
The members of the library’s knitting group, Knutty Knitters, had been busy bees and created some beautiful crochet banners to adorn the railings outside.
And the stunning colourful creation was bursting with handmade flowers, butterflies and bees.
There was even a display of what appeared to be crochet trousers with a flower design.
Taking pride of place in the centre of the crochet banner was the word, ‘love’, for everyone who passed by to see.
Jean Hudson of Knutty Knitters said: “Despite lockdown, the members of Knutty Knitters continue to be creative.”
