YOUNG people who fancy learning to play a musical instrument should head to Playz in Pennyburn.
The centre is set to teach young people in the area how to play guitar and drums at a new series of workshops.
There is also an option for musically minded young people to learn songwriting at the busy community centre too.
Playz will be running guitar lessons for eight to 11-year-olds on Wednesday nights from 4pm to 5pm and for 11 to 18-year-olds from 5pm to 6pm.
Drum lessons for eight to 11-year olds on the same night from 5pm to 6pm and for 11 to 18-year-olds from 6pm to 7pm.
Songwriting takes place on Thursday nights from 7pm to 9pm for anyone who wants to pen a hit tune.
