The former Forum building including Irvine's Celtic club and nightclub is set to go up for auction next week at a guide price of £350,000.

The sale comprises the former Forum Centre together with now disused former Lyrics nightclub and the club leased by Irvine's No 1 Celtic Supporters club with rent of £15,600 per annum.
