Castlepark volunteers come out in force for community clean-up
Residents did their community proud as more than 40 volunteers gathered to clean up Castlepark.
Volunteers were thanked after clearing up around 40 bags of litter in an hour.
A spokesperson from Irvine Clean-up Crew said: “Castlepark, what an effort! Over 30 volunteers collected nearly 40 bags of rubbish in just one hour.
“Huge thanks to everyone who came along to help, especially Castlepark community builder, Castlepark community centre and Scottish Wildlife Trust Ayrshire.”
