A North Ayrshire man who went missing last week has been traced "safe and well", according to police.
Alexander Gaw, 37, from Largs, was last seen in the Kilwinning Road area of Irvine around 6.40pm on Friday, January 21.
An appeal was put out to help find the man as concern grew for his wellbeing.

Ayrshire police have today confirmed that Alexander has been found.
They shared the following on their Facebook page: "Alexander Gaw, who was reported missing from Irvine, has been traced safe and well.
"We thank the public for their assistance."
