A WOMAN seized a 17-year-old boy by the neck after barging into a home uninvited and struggling with the teen.
Wendy Cunningham, 47, was found guilty of threatening behaviour and assault after trial at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last week [Wednesday, March 9].
Court papers state Cunningham, of Ninians Terrace, Kilwinning, entered another address in the town uninvited, then shouted and swore at the youngster while behaving in an aggressive manner.
She was also found to have seized him by the neck, struggled violently with him and pushed him on the body.
Cunningham will return for sentencing later in the year.
