A spokesperson for Promoting Kilwinning said: “Congratulations to the 2022 Kilwinning Segdoune Royals. The judges had a difficult decision tonight with the young people giving some excellent speeches and responses to their questions.
“Thank you to PRYDE for the venue, James Miller (Segdoune Royal professional judge), Christine Watson (Kilwinning Heritage) and Kimberley O’Neill (Kilwinning Community Development worker) for taking on the task to choosing the Segdoune Queen.
“We look forward to seeing everyone at the Platinum Jubilee Event on June 2 in Kilwinning Main Street to see Kilwinning crown their Segdoune Queen."
