AN IRVINE man who showed sexual images of a woman to others without her consent awaits sentencing.
Reece McCrory, 24, pleaded guilty to disclosing a number of photographs which showed or appeared to show the female complainer in an intimate situation – which had not previously been disclosed to the public by herself or with her consent.
He admitted sending nine explicit photographs of a sexual nature – causing her fear, alarm or distress either recklessly or intentionally between November 19 and November 23 2021.
McCrory, of Ranken Crescent, Irvine pleaded guilty when appeared at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court last month.
Sentence was deferred until next month for the completion of social work reports while McCrory’s bail was continued.
