Glasgow Life has hit out after a Govan library undergoing a multi-million pound renovation was targeted by vandals.
As previously reported by the Glasgow Times, Elder Park Library is currently undergoing a £4m revamp.
Last week, reports emerged on social media about the building being vandalised.

Police Scotland has confirmed that officers were called to a disturbance last Wednesday at the site.
Now, Glasgow Life has revealed that the incident resulted in windows being damaged.
As a response, security presence has been increased at the building site.

A spokesperson for the organisation said: “We have reported an act of vandalism at Elder Park Library, which caused minor damage to some glazing, to Police Scotland.
"While construction works continue, our contractor City Building Glasgow has increased security on site to deter any further incidents.”
The facility is due to reopen in the summer of 2023.
