ARDROSSAN Academy pupils of the past leapt back in time and relived their school years as they held a reunion at Ardrossan Outdoor Bowling Club.
The event took place on Friday, July 29, and welcomed anyone who attended the school at all between the years of 1978 and 1982.
The clever plan to include several years of the school in the reunion was devised as one former pupil, and her husband, returned home from Australia.
By including multiple years of former pupils, this allowed for both of the pair to reconnect with former classmates while they are back home in North Ayrshire.
Everyone had a blast, dancing the night away, with the band playing throughout the evening also being made up of former pupils.
All proceeds from the event were donated to the Ayrshire Hospice.
