SCOTTISH girl band Lemonescent turned up at an Irvine record store – and were so popular they had to be turfed out by security guards back in 2002.
The band were signing copies of their new single Swing My Hips and were mobbed by fans desperate to meet the gorgeous foursome.
Singer Nikki, from Ardrossan, revealed they were swamped by autograph hunters.
She said: “We got a really massive response, we’re getting quite popular in Scotland now.”
