The annual pay-out to local causes from Co-op members in Ayrshire has taken place over the weekend of November 5.
The total sum paid out this year for the whole of Ayrshire was £48,006.16, shared between groups who support access to food, education for young people and support people with mental health.
Member pioneers throughout Ayrshire, supported by their coordinator Gillian Cunningham, were on hand to carry out the presentations alongside colleagues from the area's food stores and Funeralcare service.
Gillian said: "Simply by our Co-op members scanning their Co-op card every time they buy selected Co-op products and services from us, 2p for every £1 you spend goes into your Co-op membership account.
"And we’ll give the same amount to support community organisations and local causes."
