North Ayrshire Council is looking to improve its mental health services – and they want to hear from you.

The North Ayrshire Health and Social Care Partnership (NAHSCP) is opening a survey between Monday December 5 and Friday 13 January 2023 to hear the feedback of how who have used their mental health services.

Councillor Margaret Johnson, Cabinet Member for Health and Social Care, said: “In order for us to improve the support available, it’s important that we fully understand the problems people might have when accessing services, identify the types of support people need most and find out if there are any gaps in local provision of services.

“Poor mental health or mental illness is something that can affect any of us, regardless of our individual circumstances.

“We want to ensure that the right support is available at the right time for anyone who needs it and would love to hear your views so that we can work towards improving access to services for everyone.”

The roughly five-minute-long survey includes 19 questions with some being multiple choice and others requiring written answers.

The form is available online and can be accessed here: https://forms.office.com/pages/responsepage.aspx?id=stT1vp5s4E-b30U5irQzJ4WsSnB0MR1JpLmv8DlDCzJUQkVCMUFXNVJYVTA0WUMxNjZLSDE0VEtUTi4u.
