Traffic is to be temporarily restricted on the main route between Garelochhead and Arrochar to allow for planned works.
The A814 will be closed between its junctions with the A814/B872 Whistlefield roundabout and the A83 at Arrochar.
According to the Scottish Road Works Commissioner, the work is being carried out to complete repairs to an existing BT frame and cover.
The restrictions will be in place between the hours of 7am and 9pm from Monday, April 3 until Thursday, April 5.
All vehicles will be prohibited from travelling on the route during these times, except those involved in the work, emergency services, and residents of the affected properties.
During the closure period, drivers are advised to take a 14-mile diversion on the alternative route along the A817 Haul Road and the A82 along Loch Lomondside towards Tarbet.
All enquiries regarding the restrictions should be directed to Raymond Kane of Argyll and Bute Council’s roads and amenity services department at Raymond.Kane@argyll-bute.gov.uk.
