Staff at Helensburgh's Hill House turned up to work dressed as their favourite characters earlier this month to mark World Book Day.
Liz Buist channelled a very wicked witch, Ruth McKechnie was bound for Narnia via the house's wardrobe, and Georgia McLeod made a convincing Hermione from Harry Potter.
The house was also due to host a bookbinding workshop on March 4 as part of the celebrations, however the event was postponed until Sunday, May 7.
Expert Cass Barron will lead the workshop, held at the former home of one of Scotland's best known publishing families - the Blackies.
Cass is particularly passionate about repurposing remnant and recycled materials into unique and useable books which can be used as sketchbooks, journals, or photo albums.
All attendees will have the chance to make a one of a kind book, and will receive a ten-minute talk on the history of the Blackie and Son company.
