The Scottish Maritime Museum is hosting a Ship Ahoy! exhibition next month.
The must-see family event at the museum in Irvine is free to enter, and runs from 10am until 4pm on Saturday April 22.
The exhibition is a family event enjoying a walk down memory lane with memorabilia, postcards, photographs, artefacts, slide shows and books.
More than 30 model steamers and other vessels outside on the water and inside in the museum are on show, along with many stands from the world of shipping celebrating Scotland’s maritime heritage, from the Clyde to the Western Isles.
Organisations taking part will include the West Highland Steamer Club, Coastal Cruising Association, The Tall Ship Glenlee, the Maid of the Loch and the Clyde River Steamer Club.
The Scottish Maritime Museum can be found on Harbour Road in Irvine.
