A dilapidated building in Irvine's High Street has been transformed into two beautiful new holiday lets and a refurbished office/retail unit.

Andrew and Chris, of Brightstone Property, have spend the last six months repairing, upgrading and refurbishing the building.

They managed to secure the unit after it went unsold for over a year at auction and believe the condition of the building was to blame.

From rot to damp, this Grade C Listed building had every problem needing sorted.

The company's motto is "transforming distressed properties into amazing spaces!"

Andrew said "It's taken a lot of hard work and effort to get this building turned around but we're over the moon with the result.

"We hope this will be a real asset to guests looking to visit and stay in Irvine, and to one lucky business owner who takes over the shop on the ground floor.

"Repairs and refubishment throughout have turned this tired town centre building into a shining example of what the town centre could be."

The units are now avaiable to book online and the shop is currently offered for let - contact DM Hall for details.
