Chef Wayne Woolman and resident Joyce Wardle have been busy baking for Macmillan
Cumbrae Lodge Care Home in Irvine will be holding a rather tasty community coffee afternoon next Monday afternoon in aid of Macmillan Cancer Care.
The big event will be held on September 25 at 2pm.
Chef Wayne Woolman has been helping residents practice and perfect their bakes planned for the event and members of the local community are warmly invited to join residents and the team at the home for a cuppa and chat and to enjoy a selection of delicious cakes and treats.
Cumbrae Lodge Care Home is located at Castlepark Road, Irvine, KA12 8SZ.
There is no need to book, just turn up on the day.
