Children's Hearings Scotland is recruiting panel members in Ayrshire to help make a difference to the lives of children and young people.
The role of a panel member is to take part in children's hearings and make legal decisions with and for infants, children and young people.
Trainee panel members take part in comprehensive training over a three-month period, and are appointed for a three-year period.
Children’s hearings take place during the week and daytime hours.
Panel members are normally asked to attend either a morning or an afternoon session twice a month.
