Fullarton talent show to raise funds for clinic in Malawi

Fullarton Parish Church will be holding a talent show next month - with all the funds raised going to help build a maternity and health care clinic in Malawi.

The event will be held at Fullarton Connexions on Saturday, November 11, from 7.30pm.

Money raised from the event will go to Kanyanda in Malawi, where Connexions are helping the community, the local church and the Malawi Health Ministry to build the clinic, as well as staff accommodation.

The ministry will staff the building if the community build it and the funds are needed to buy materials.

The poor rural ciommunity urgently needs maternity and primary health care.

There will be a varity of local people showing off their incredible talents on the night at Fullarton Connexions.

There will be an interval with tea, coffe or juice and a biscuit which is included in the ticket price.

A tuck shop selling crisps, chocolate and sweets at a small cost will be available and a raffle will be held to boost the funds.

Tickets for the night cost £5 per adult, £3 per child and there is also a family ticket for two adulats and up to four children for £15.
