Irvine Seniors Forum is hosting an open day, offering information and advice to residents.
The event will be held on October 30 from 11am-3pm in the town's Volunteer Rooms.
There will be free soup and sandwiches at 12.30pm and light entertainment will be provided so feel free to drop by at any time.
