UPDATED: Nardea has now been traced by Police Scotland
Police have issued an urgent appeal to the public to help find a missing Irvine woman.
Nardea Ali, 41, was reported missing from her home in the town this morning, Tuesday, October 24.
She was last seen around 12.35am in her black Fiat Punto with the registration number EY60 UDX. The car was last seen around 2.55am on the M90 heading for Fife.
She is described as around 5ft 6ins in height and of slim build with long dark-brown hair and black and white glasses. When she was last seen she was wearing a black and white jacket and black jogging trousers.
Inspector Cat Glass at Irvine Police Station said: “It is completely out of character for Nardea to go missing and not keep in touch with her friends and family. We are becoming increasingly concerned for her safety and wellbeing.
“Searches and enquiries are ongoing to trace her as soon as possible to ensure that she is safe and well.
“I would urge anyone with information on Nardea’s whereabouts to contact 101 quoting 0087 of 24 October.”
