A GREENOCK man has been jailed following a theft in North Ayrshire.
Christopher Leishman pleaded guilty at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court to a charge of stealing a bike from a supermarket in the town.
The 34-year-old admitted nicking the bicycle from the Asda supermarket at the Rivergate Shopping Centre in Irvine on Sunday, December 10.
Leishman, of Dalrymple Street in Greenock, was sentenced to four months in prison.
