Scores of excited skiers from Irvine Royal Academy have been hitting the slopes in Italy this week.
The annual PE department skiing trip to Pila in the Italian Alps is already proving to be a great success.
On X (formerly Twitter), a school spokesperson said: "Great first day on the slopes in Pila with Skisupremeuk. By the end of the day, all 40 pupils were confident on their skis and looking like pros."
The following day's update revealed: "All of the pupils have had a great day with all groups progressing to the bigger slopes."
We hope the students enjoy the rest of their winter break.
