A PERFORMANCE gym takes a step forward with plans to open a second venue in Irvine.
Performance Gym Scotland has submitted to North Ayrshire Council (NAC) seeking permission to turn a unit of the North Newmoor Industrial Estate into a gym and storage warehouse.
The business currently operates from Longford Avenue in Kilwinning and has announced its plans on their website for a second site in Irvine.
The proposal, which is awaiting a decision from council officials, was lodged with the local authority on January 30.
No supporting documents are available with the notice of application on the NAC website.
The application can be viewed by searching eplanning.north-ayrshire.gov.uk for the planning reference code 24/00071/PP.
