Irvine Running Club are celebrating their 100th anniversary this year.

And to mark the big occasion, they will be holding a Centenary Mile Race on Sunday, May 19 at 1pm at their track at Irvine Sports Club.

This race will be open to all club members, Ayrshire running clubs and runners.

All are welcome to come along to see what the club does and talk to the members and coaches. If anyone would like to enter, please email your name and predicted time to info@irvinerunningclub.co.uk.

The club will also be holding other events throughout the year including a centenary dinner, and they have also created a centenary T-shirt, which will be available to purchase to all club members old, current, or new.
