A DOGGY daycare centre in Irvine has introduced strict new rules for customers following repeated payment issues and last-minute cancellations.
Lola's Luxury Doggy Day Care has issued a "final warning" to clients after being forced to spend weeks chasing overdue payments and dealing with late cancellations.
The business has said it will no longer send multiple reminders or messages and will require the cancellation fee to be paid before dogs will be able to attend daycare at their next booked day.
In a statement on social media, a spokesperson said: "Unfortunately, over the last few weeks I have spent most of my time chasing payments and dealing with last-minute cancellations.
"All of this is covered in the terms and conditions that were signed at the visits.
"However, if you do not respect our policies, unfortunately this is my final warning.
"We will require the cancellation fee to be paid before your dog will be able to attend daycare at their next booked day."
Payments must now be received by Sunday each week, or the booking will not be honoured.
