EMERGENCY services are in attendance at an incident in Stewarton town centre.
Three fire appliances are on the scene in the town's Lainshaw Street, with a police cordon in place keeping residents back.
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed that it received the first emergency call at 6.22pm and that three appliances are at the scene.
The incident is leading to heavy congestion with one of the main town centre streets blocked off.
