AN Irvine-based company has taken home a top national award.
Booth Welsh won 'EOT Transition of the Year' at the UK EO Awards 2026, less than a year after becoming employee-owned.
The award was announced during eoaLive!, an event that celebrates employee-owned businesses across the UK.
A spokesperson said: "We're absolutely thrilled to have been named EOT Transition of the Year at the UK EO Awards 2026.
"After spending the day at eoaLive! surrounded by so many inspirational employee-owned businesses, all at different stages of their EO journey, it made the evening's recognition even more special.
"To receive this award less than a year after transitioning to employee ownership is an incredible achievement and one we're immensely proud of."
It was nominated alongside Hallam, Amberleigh Care Limited and Batcheller Monkhouse in the same category.
The company thanked the Employee Ownership Association for hosting the event and congratulated fellow nominees and winners.
